Advance Payment & Booking

If a client behaves inappropriately, the practitioner or TruemeTalks may end the session without providing a refund.
Exceptional Technical Issues
If a confirmed session cannot take place due to a verified technical or platform-related issue on the TruemeTalks side, the matter may be reviewed separately by the platform.
